Dark cloud gather a children play in bubbles created by workers for the St. Louis area based Bubble Bus which was visiting Owensville’s Scenic Regional Library on Friday afternoon. Spot thunderstorms popped up for brief periods later in the afternoon with areas south of town and along Route Y receiving much-needed rainfall.
