Busy Bee Learning Academy owner Tonya Newbound confirmed this week that she will not appeal the suspension of her daycare license.
Busy Bee had until Monday to file an appeal of the suspension.
Newbound said she plans to continue operating without a license, which would allow her to care for up to six children.
