Cathlean “Cathie” E. Koestler, 70,Bowling Green, passed away Monday, June 29, 2020, at University Hospital in Columbia.
She was born July 4, 1949, to Ron Tyree and Jewell (Owens) Berhorst, in Washington.
She attended Linn High School.
Cathie was preceded in death by parents, Ron and Jewell; sister, Melissa
“Susie” Anderson; and brother, Billy Tyree.
She is survived by son, Chuck Strafford of Columbia;
daughter, Christine Gessner of Bowling Green; one grand- daughter; two great- grandchildren; step-father, Richard Berhorst of Linn; step-brothers, Sam, Matt and Shawn Tyree, all of Wichita, Kan.; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Morton Chapel in Linn.
