Kathryn E. Lockwood, 68, Morrison, passed away Friday, June 24, 2022, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia.
She was born Feb. 3, 1954, to Ben and Faye (Singleton) Krider.
She was united in marriage to Randy Lockwood June 18, 1995, in Jefferson City.
Kathryn loved going on vacations especially cruises, relaxing, reading a good book, and caring for rescued cats and dogs was a passion of hers.
Until her decline in health, she was a caregiver who worked tirelessly taking care of family and grandchildren, however and whenever needed.
Kathryn was preceded in death by father, Ben; and niece Stephanie Vest.
She is survived by spouse of 27 years, Randy; mother, Faye; daughters, Alisha Kurtz and husband Brad of Colorado Springs, Colo., Brooke Frost and husband Damon and Leslie Boley and husband Brian, all of Blue Springs; sons Daniel Lockwood of Hermann and Matthew Lockwood of Jefferson City; 14 grandchildren; brother Steve Krider of Grain Valley; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
