Minnie Maxine Bell Alexander, 92, Dixon, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2022.
She was born on Dec. 31, 1929, to William E. Bell and Della Richards Bell, in McNairy County, Tenn.
She was united in marriage to Hurschall Alexander, Dec. 18, 1959.
Maxine worked for 42 years with Brown Shoe factory and retired on May 11, 1990. After retiring, she volunteered at Phelps County Regional Medical Center (now Phelps Health) in Rolla. She was a member of the Dixon Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by parents William and Della; husband Hurschall; siblings Eugene, Lloyd, Frances, Ilene and Irene; in-laws Luther and Caroline; brothers-in-law Buell and Leland; and sisters-in-law Pam, Mary Lea, Linda, Angela, Brenda and Mary.
Maxine is survived by sister-in-law Patsy Alexander; and four brothers-in-law Bob Overshon, Danny Baker, Jack Alexander and Dariel Alexander.
Visitation will be Wednesday (today), May 25, from 10–11 a.m., in West Fairview Cemetery, with graveside services following with Bro. Carr officiating.
