Missouri Canvassers host election integrity presentation by Dr. Douglas Frank

Missouri Canvassers hosted a presentation by Dr. Douglas Frank on Jan. 4 at Ely Manor in Linn where the proponent of election law reform spoke on data he is using to try to prove election fraud in the 2020 presidential election.

Frank, who has spoken at Trump rallies and other events, was in Missouri on Jan. 6 to speak at the state capitol on the one-year anniversary of the Capitol riot and local members of the canvassing organization reached out to him.

During his presentation, which critics say uses flawed mathematics in an attempt to prove voter fraud, Frank praised members of the organization for their hard work collecting voting data during their face-to-face encounters with the public and stressed that the issue is not a party issue, but an issue of election integrity.

“I am not out here advocating to put Trump back in office,” Dr. Frank said. “I love the guy, but that’s not what I’m out here doing. I don’t think this is a Democrat issue, I don’t think this is a Republican issue. I think this is a ‘we the people’ issue. I don’t care if Biden whoops my butt in an election as long as he really does. If he wins the election … great, but I’m not okay with them stealing our elections. I don’t care who wins, I just want them to really be a winner. We have to go primitive. Centralized electronic records are hackable and that’s the main hack. The main hack is the registration rolls.”

Dr. Frank stressed the important role canvassers have in the election process and credited them as being a key factor for voter reform.

“No one’s coming to save us,” said Dr. Frank. “We’re the people we’re waiting for. You canvasing people … you’re the ones saving the country, not me. Politicians don’t start parades, they join them.”

Missouri Canvasser member Linda Rantz and her husband moved to Missouri from Washington state a year ago and wanted to be proactive when it came to election security.

“We wanted to get involved and we volunteered for a group that we found through Telegram,” she said. “They said they were canvassing and we thought ‘that sounds great’ we got involved and then just sort of became more and more involved. This event tonight was organized by two of our volunteers who knew Dr. Frank was here (in Missouri) for two events.”

Gina Kroeger was one of the organizers of the event. When she learned from a friend that Dr. Frank was going to be in Missouri she worked with fellow member Karen Dormire to reach out to him. Kroeger and Dormire joined the organization out of concern that voter fraud may be happening.

“When I canvass, my biggest concern is that if you voted, I want to know that your vote counted, and if you didn’t vote, I want to make sure that no one voted in your name. I don’t care how you voted, I only care your vote counted the way you wanted it to,” said Kroeger. “We the people have to make a difference.”

Dormire added, “I just want everything to be fair. When we canvass we never ask who they vote for. We don’t care. We just want to know if they really voted or didn’t vote. I wish more people would canvass. We need to find out where there is a problem and correct it. I wouldn’t want to think that my vote didn’t count.”

Missouri Canvassers is a relatively new group, only being active for a few months.

“Oct. 9 is when we launched our online enrollment system and I think 65 people came from the Telegram channel,” said Rantz. “We work with other grassroots groups when they need to know something or they need the canvassing evidence. That’s really all we focus on. We don’t take one particular stand so we will share that with any grassroots group.”
