Response to Charlotte Jacquin Schneider

In response to Charlotte Schneider’s comments, I will say that I get bothered when a POTUS cannot keep his word on such an elementary matter of releasing his tax returns. Every President since Richard Nixon have done so. Donald Trump never did plan on releasing such, in spite of his multiple promises to do so.

Richard Nixon stated “I am not a crook” when in fact he was. That was not his most major failure. I actually have a rather kind view of Richard Nixon, and view him as a flawed man, who became a victim of his weaknesses. He did not commit treason as I previously stated. That can only be done in a time of declared war, the last one being WW Two. He did betray this country, but his Watergate transgressions pale compared to Donald Trumps.

All SCOTUS Judges had an obligation to interpret all cases not only in a bipartisan manner, but a perceived bipartisan manner. Judge Kavanaugh’s own words at his confirmation forces one to wonder about his ability to do such. I repeat that Donald Trump has done much rigging, many times.

Donald Trump is not legally required to release his tax returns to the public, his own words be damned. He is required by law to hand them over to the House. What part of “Shall be done” does Donald Trump not understand? How can I trust the IRS to do a fair review of Donald Trumps tax returns when the IRS is headed by his own nominee?

The American people also have a right to know how much President Trump is benefiting from his tax cut passed in 2017. At the last minute, to get Senator Corker’s support, some provisions were put in to benefit real estate investors Mr. Corker has since called his affirmative vote “The worst vote I ever cast.” Even before this present pandemic, the deficit has gone up 64 percent. Donald Trump promised to pay off the national debt in eight years. He is going the wrong way fast.

Donald Trump was up late last night, angry about an advertisement calling America, “Weaker, sicker and poorer.” It is being sponsored by principled conservatives, The Lincoln Project. Principled conservatives are rebelling against Trump.

Donald Trump has a sister, Maryanne Trump Barry who was a federal judge. When she recently was informed that there was going to be an investigation into her inheritance, which she did along with her brother Donald, she resigned the very next day, and the investigation went away. Very convenient.

The words of anybody associated with the Trump organization are meaningless to me, and the reason should be obvious.
