Robert Joseph “Bob” White, 65, Dixon, passed away Saturday, Jan. 16, 2021 at the University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia.

He was born Jan.18, 1955, to Robert Leland and Mary Rosalyn (Golden) White in Tuscumbia.

He was united in marriage to Wilma Dean Litel May 5, 2002, in Mokane.

Bob served his country in the U. S. Air Force and was honorably discharged March 27, 1978. He was employed in law enforcement in Callaway county and with the Missouri Department of Corrections at the Cremer Therapeutic Community Center in Fulton, as a security officer prior to his retirement in 2016.

Bob was preceded in death by father, Robert.

He is survived by wife, Wilma, of Dixon; mother, Mary Rosalyn of Eldon; children, Brandi Mosley, Robert “Robbie” White, Jr. and Jake Mosley and wife Sara, all of Fulton, Truly Cotten and husband Joseph of Dixon, Christopher White and friend Kim Alonstedt of Park Hills and Alexander White and friend Della of Ironton; brother, Leland White of Eldon; sisters, Karen Walker and husband Steve of Tipton and Rhonda Stark and husband David of Eldon;19 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services with military honors were held Saturday, May 1, at the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home in Dixon with Rev. Dale Stone officiating. Inurnment was in the Dooley Cemetery in Eldon.

Memorial contributions suggested to the American Cancer Society.
