Ronnie Carl Doggett,80,Taos, passed away Monday, April 12, 2021, at St. Mary’s Hospital surrounded by his family.
He was born April 27, 1940, to the late Eugene Joseph and Virginia (Ferguson) Doggett in Flat River.
He was united in marriage to Esther Sabina Wieberg Aug. 6, 1960, in Argyle.
Ronnie worked for Westinghouse Manufacturing on the final assembly line. He was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Taos. Ronnie enjoyed Nascar, fishing, playing cards, and most of all spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by parents, Eugene and Virginia; son-in-law, Jerry Otto; sister, Marlene Ratliff; an infant brother; and three brothers, Raymond and Paul Doggett and an infant brother.
Ronnie is survived by wife, Esther of Taos; children, Michael Doggett of Taos, Barb LePage and husband Rick of Wardsville, Roger Doggett and wife Theresa of Henley and Denice Otto and friend Tim Bennett of Argyle; grandchildren, Tyler LePage and wife Nicole, Dustin Otto and wife Jerica, Sarah Wiskirchen and husband Aaron, William Doggett, Hannah Doggett and fiancé James Bishop, Cameron Otto, Abbigail, Evan and Emily Doggett; and great-grandchildren, Nolan Otto, Adeline LePage, and Henry Wiskirchen..
Mass of Christian Burial was held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 16, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Taos with the Rev. Michael W. Penn officiating. Interment was in St. Francis Xavier Catholic Cemetery in Taos.
Memorial contributions suggested to the American Heart Association.
