Dennis Ray and Dorothy Leah (Brehe) Segelhorst of Beaufort celebrated 50 years of marriage Feb. 20.
The Segelhorsts were united in marriage Feb. 20, 1971, in a double ring candlelight ceremony officiated by Rev. Carl Hille at St. James United Church of Christ in Charlotte.
Their union has been blessed with three children: Daniel Segelhorst and wife Mindy, Derrick Segelhorst and wife Kristy and Denise Sachs and husband Josh; and eight grandchildren.
Dennis and Dorothy have three married children: Daniel and Mindy Segelhorst, Derrick and Kristy Segelhorst, Josh and Denise Sachs and eight grandchildren.
