Linn track and field athletes delivered impressive performances at the Harrisburg Eaton Relays on Friday as several Wildcats secured top-six finishes.

The top three relays and top six individuals in each event earned a medal.

Genna Haslag clinched third place in the 3200m run (13:55.03), and Madison Wood also stood out, earning fifth place in the shot put (8.45m).

Other top-eight finishes included the 4x800 squad of Ruby Herndon, Shayla Burnett, Charli Lenger, and Kylie Messenger (6, 11:55.50), and the 4x400 team of Ruby Herndon, Nevaeh Ames, Kylie Messenger and Carley Brandt (7, 4:49.60)

The boys’ 4x200m relay team of Kahne Brandt, Aaden Nelson, Titus Black, and Cody Heckman had a strong third-place finish (1:38.84). Additionally, Cody Heckman earned sixth place in the 200m dash (24.54), contributing to Linn’s medal tally.
