At 120, Struemph opened with wins over Olivia White (Festus) (Fall 1:07), Kaylee Horman (Seckman) (Fall 3:52) and Carrington Reed (Hazelwood Central) (Fall 4:33) to reach the championship match. She lost to Amelia Huncovsky (Northwest-Cedar Hill) over Heidi Struemph (Fall 0:47) to earn second.
130: Journey Markway lost in two straight matches, first to Haven Maddeaux (Marshfield) (Fall 1:46), and then to Brooke Belosi (Eureka) (Fall 2:22).
135: Renee Wilbers fell to Kenzie Wade (Potosi) (Fall 4:59) and Joie Shirey (Pacific) (Fall 3:25).
140: Draven Cole fell to Brianna James (Washington) (Fall 2:28) and Kailyn Warren (St. Genevieve) (Fall 5:23).
155: Bailey Buschjost lost to Gabrielle Sontag (Winnetonka) (Fall 3:50) and Teresa Frede (Northwest-Cedar Hill) (Fall 0:16).
