Susie Ann Rush, 70, Fulton, formerly of Vienna, passed away Sunday, June 6, 2021, at her residence.
She was born Jan. 10, 1951, to the late William Leonard and Rosa Lula (Thompson) Reeves in Vienna.
She attended school in Vienna and was a 1968 graduate of the Vienna High School. Susie was employed as a registered nurse and was employed as the Director of Nursing at Riverview Nursing Center in Mokane prior to her retirement.
Susie was preceded in death by parents,William and Lula; and brothers, William Junior and Leroy Reeves.
She is survived by children, David Akers and wife Sandra and Heather Jones, all of Jefferson City; Elizabeth Akers of Williamsburg and Holly Shirley and husband Brian of Kingdom City; siblings, Bobby Joe Reeves and wife Helen of Jefferson City, Darlene Mengwasser and husband Donnie of Linn,Verla Tedana of Fort Worth, Texas, Sammy Dale Reeves and wife Nancy of Loose Creek, Donna Hasley and wife Ed of the state of North Dakota, Wayne Reeves and wife Sherry of St. Elizabeth and Monica Lester and husband Dan of the state of South Carolina; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A graveside funeral service was held Wednesday, June 9, in the Little Flock Cemetery in Vienna with Rev. Clifford Wagner, Jr. officiating. Interment followed.
Memorial contributions suggested to Little Flock Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund.
