Terri Jenna’ Holtsclaw, 56, Dixon, passed away Saturday, Jan. 1, 2022, at Phelps Health in Rolla.
She was born Aug. 31, 1965, to the Jimmie Wayne and the late Karin Helene (Palanzo) Prewett in Rolla.
She was united in marriage to Brian Lee Holtsclaw Dec.25, 1989, in Dixon.
Terri was a member of Santee Community Church near Dixon.
She was owner and operator of Pride and Joy Child Development Center in Dixon, and was currently the Human Resources Director for Mi-Serenity in Rolla until her failing health.
Terri was preceded in death by mother, Karin; paternal grandparents, Woodrow and Margaret Prewett; maternal grandparents, Roy and Centa Palanzo; and father-in-law, Gary L. Holtsclaw.
She is survived by husband, Brian of their home near Dixon; father, Jim of Dixon; children, Jimmie Holtsclaw and Carisa Smith and husband Mike, all of Dixon; three grandchildren; and brother, Jerry Prewett and wife Barbie of St. James.
Visitation will be held from 9 until 11 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 6, followed by the funeral service in Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home in Dixon with Pastor Shannon Perry, Santee Community Church, officiating. Interment will be in Pisgah Cemetery, near Dixon.
Memorials contributions are suggested to Youth Group of Santee Community Church.
