Vicky (Smith) Ponder, 71, Iberia, passed away Monday, July 5, 2021 at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach.
She was born March 28, 1950 to the late Perry and Janice (Baclesse) Smith.
She was united in marriage to Wayne Ponder in 1997.
Vicky was employed at Miller County Care and Rehab until 2002. She enjoyed spending time with her family along with her dog. Vicky loved going on drives, fishing, shopping, and playing Bingo.
She was preceded in death husband, Wayne; parents, Perry and Janice; brother, Kent Smith; and grandson, Collin Colvin.
Vicky is survived by sons, Jeff Abbott of Eldon and Joe Abbott and wife Becky of Tibbetts; daughters, Lori Colvin and husband, Scooter, of Iberia and Heather Fristoe and husband Tony of Jackson City; brothers, Alan Smith and wife Kathy of Koeltztown, Greg Smith and wife Beverly of Linn and Brad Smith and wife Donna of East Prairie; 15 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren with three more on the way; sister, Bridget Leivan and husband Edmond, Jr. of Linn; best friend since childhood, Debbie Coon of Jefferson City; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorial Services will be held at 1p.m., Saturday, July 17, at 218 Willow Tree Road, Iberia, Missouri.
