Joseph Voss, 25, of Linn, was seriously injured in an early-morning accident Monday.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at 5:35 a.m. on. Hwy. 89, just south of CR 803, when Voss in his 2004 Jeep Wrangler drove off the right side of the road, struck a fence, tree, and post, before coming to a rest.
Voss, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was transported to University Hospital by the Osage Ambulance District.
