In response to Rob Overly’s April 26, 2026 Letter to the Editor, Peter Schweizer received a BA from George Washington University and was a member of Young America’s Foundation! Received a Master of Philosophy from St. Cross College, Oxford, which is a post graduate research degree typically taking one to two years to complete focusing on independent research and serves as a bridge between Master’s and a PhD or a stand alone qualification demonstrating research expertise. He was president of the Government Accountability Institute & senior editor of Breitbart News and was at the Hoover Institute! Schweizer is a member of the Research Advisory Council of the James Madison Institute, a free market think tank!
Overly’s Factually.co patrons responses: most fact checkers are not reliable, it requires investigation, not web searches, so you’re not very factual or unbiased are you? (I had two experiences with them, but both were incorrect---you were wrong and should change your name to maybeish!) Another said: No one does actual fact checking, but gives the answers people want!
Schweizer with Steve Bannon founded the Government Accountability Institute to investigate and expose government corruption and misuse of taxpayer money. Schweizer is president of the organization and many of his books expose the corruption in the Democratic party. Steve Kroft used Schweizer’s work for a report on 60 minutes that CBS verified about congressional unethical insider trading, (think Pelosi) yet protected themselves from prosecution. Former Secretary of Defense, Caspar Weinberger exposed how foreign governments were making donations to the Clinton Foundation, giving the appearance of impropriety and lack of transparency while Hillary was Secretary of State! Secret Empires provided the details of Hunter Biden’s business w/Burisma the energy firm, where he became very wealthy! No wonder Democrats hate Schweizer!
Peter Schweizer has written 19 books and eight have reached the New York Times best seller list, who gave him the title of the top selling author in the nation! I would suggest to Mr. Overly that he find a more reliable, more honest fact checker company and a better news station, so he would know that Trump ended eight wars, and has devastated Iran. Trump has removed 6,515,000 illegals from the country and 1.9 million self-deported. He had the military bomb the Venezuelan boats to stop drugs from entering the U.S. and hurting Americans. National debt has reached 39 trillion dollars which is what Democrats caused by mass immigration and wanting authoritarian control by lowering citizenship and voting ID standards!
