Per Osage County Sheriff Michael Bonham, a man is dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound and a woman was critically injured in an incident on County Road 623. The woman was transported by air ambulance to a regional trauma center for treatment. Authorities say there is no danger to the public. Names are being withheld pending notification of next of kin. The investigation is ongoing.
