Tommy J. Fritchley, 85, Linn, passed away Sunday, May 26, 2024, at his residence.
He was born June 13, 1938, to the late Cyril and Margaret (Miller) Fritchley in Parkersburg, Ill.
He was united in marriage to Gladys Moeller June 11, 1993, in Linn.
Tommy worked as an over-the-road truck driver and later in life, worked on appliances.
He was preceded in death by wife, Gladys; parents, Cyril and Margaret; children, Randall, Loretta and Tommy J. Fritchley, Jr.; step-children, Loyd and Jerome Hoelscher; granddaughter, Jody Hoelscher; and sisters, Betty Easterling, Joyce Brown and Shirley Jensen.
Tommy is survived by children, Debra Thomas and husband Jerry and Dawn Stephens and husband Kenny, all of Kathleen, FL., Dorothy Cole and husband Chester of Lakeland, Fla. and Susan and Becky Fritchley; step-children, Joan Dudenhoeffer and husband Dave, Gilbert Hoelscher and wife Helen and Dennis Hoelscher and wife Sarah, all of Linn; 15 great-grandchildren; numerous great-great-grandchildren; and sisters, Kathryn Korner of Belmont, Calif. and Linda Thornton of Santa Rosa, Calif.
A private family service will be held at Morton Chapel in Linn.
