Democrat political strategist James Carville is worried. He is worried about democracy in America. And to save it, he is encouraging leaders in his party to resort to drastic measures to “save democracy.”
This is the same man who, in March, went on a profanity-laced rampage of hate for President Donald Trump.
“I got Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS),” Carville said during his “James Carville Explains...” podcast. “I hate the motherf-----. And you know what? I don’t want to get rid of it. I don’t want to get better. I want to get worse. I want to hate him more.”
“I pray to God in heaven, God, reign the righteous reign of Trump Derangement Syndrome on me,” he continued. “Pray for me, Lord. I’m your vessel on this earth. Pray for the people that listen to this. We want more. We want to hate the son of a b---- so much that we can’t see straight.”
Carville is not the only Democrat with TDS who believes our country, under Trump, is threatened.
Yvonne Wheeler, president of the Los Angeles County Federation of Labor, told Fox News Digital last Friday that our “democracy is under attack.”
But like a magician, who uses misdirection — a form of deception — to distract the audience’s attention from the trick, Democrat leaders do not want the public to notice how the party of Franklin D. Roosevelt has evolved into the real threat to our freedom, our way of life, and American Democracy.
At no time has this been more relevant than the May Day rally Democrats organized and promoted last week.
One of the biggest rallies last Friday took place in Minneapolis, Minn. Marching with signage of the hammer and sickle were the Communist Party USA, the Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO), the Revolutionary Communists of America (RCA), the Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSL), and members of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA).
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is America’s greatest enemy. Their goal is to destroy America, not with missiles and bombs, but from within, and the Democrat Party of today — full of TDS — is their willing accomplice.
As previously mentioned in this column, U.S.-born tech entrepreneur and billionaire Neville Roy Singham — who has ties to the CCP — helps finance these protests.
Just what are the marchers protesting, you may ask. As reported on FoxNews.com, “Some of those demonstrators denounced capitalism and pushed for the seizure of private property and the means of production.”
Sounds like communism to me — the opposite of democracy.
Andy Koch, a member of the Freedom Road Socialist Organization, when asked by Fox News Digital for examples of successful socialist systems, pointed to China, saying “China’s doing pretty good right now,” and praised the former Soviet Union for having “done a lot for its people.”
Apparently, Koch has never spoken to individuals who have escaped communism for their opinion.
May Day demonstrations in Europe go even further. Emma Schubart, Research Fellow at the Henry Jackson Society, a London-based think tank, said, “May Day demonstrations across Europe increasingly feature Islamist elements. Militant anti-war, anti-capitalist rhetoric is now routinely accompanied by Palestinian flags and explicit anti-Israel slogans.”
At one time, our schools taught about the evils of socialism and communism. Now there are students across America who are taught to hate capitalism and admire socialism. Major school districts like Chicago closed on Friday so students could march in support of socialism.
A Gallup survey from last August showed that 66 percent of Democrats have a positive view of socialism.
Democrat Senator John Fettermann, from Pennsylvania, takes a different position, saying these May Day protests celebrate “some of the worst ideas that ever visited humanity.” Fetterman described the current state of activism as an “orgy of socialism.”
I hope down-home Missouri Democrats hold that point of view and fight their party’s push to socialism.
The greatest threat to democracy is socialism, and the national Democratic leaders are actively pushing America towards that cliff.
