Arnold Francis Wieberg, 81, Wardsville, passed away Monday, Nov. 6, 2023, at Stonebridge Villa Marie in Jefferson City surrounded by his family.

He was born Sept. 7, 1942, to the late George Theodore and Gertrude Ann (Schwartze) Wieberg in Freeburg.

He was a 1960 graduate of Vienna High School.

Arnold was united in marriage to Joyce Ann Dickneite, May 6, 1967, in Taos.

Arnold worked for several years at Quaker Windows before working at Central Dairy as a driver and route salesman. 

He was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Wardsville, a former member of the Argyle Knights of Columbus council and currently a member of the Wardsville/Osage Bend Knights of Columbus council. 

Arnold loved the outdoors, gardening and watching the St. Louis Cardinals.

He was preceded in death by parents, George and Gertrude; and siblings, Marceline Faulkner and Virgil Wieberg.

Arnold is survived by wife, Joyce of Wardsville; children, Lisa Galeski and husband Gary of Lake Ozark, Becky Buechter and husband Brian of Wardsville, Arnold Wieberg, Jr. and wife Cindy of California, Bob Wieberg and wife Lisa of Jefferson City and  Brian Wieberg and wife Connie of Gilbert, Ariz.; 14 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; siblings, Alvina Collin of St. Louis, Fred Wieberg and wife Phyllis and Gerard Wieberg, all of Freeburg and  Felix Wieberg and wife Laura of Holts Summit; and a sister-in-law, Millie Wieberg.

Mass of Christian Burial was held Saturday, Nov. 11, at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Wardsville with the Rev. Msgr. David D. Cox officiating.

Entombment was at the St. Stanislaus Mausoleum.

Memorial contributions suggested to the Wardsville/Osage Bend Knights of Columbus Capital Campaign Building Fund Drive.

Arrangements entrusted to Trimble Funeral Homes in Jefferson City.
