Beatrice T. Heckman, 73, Westphalia, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at Westphalia Hills.
She was born on Aug. 26, 1952, to the late William and Regina (Reinsch) Heckman in Jefferson City.
She was employed at Capitol Projects for 29 years.
Beatrice was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church in Koeltztown.
She helped with the Osage County Concerned Citizens for the handicapped.
Beatrice was preceded in death by parents, William and Regina; siblings, Berniece and Wilfred Heckman; and brother-in-law, Hubert Brune.
She is survived by siblings, Margaret Brune of Meta and Cathy Smith and husband Alan and William Heckman and wife Judith, both of Westphalia; and sister-in-law, Virginia Heckman of Jefferson City.
Mass of Christian Burial was held Saturday, May 30, at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Koeltztown, with Rev. Basil Tigga officiating and Deacon Michael Brooks assisting.
Interment will be in St. Boniface Catholic Church Cemetery.
