Carl Malan, 83, Linn, passed away Saturday, May 6, 2023, at his residence.
He was born Jan. 30, 1940, to the late Felix and Georgie (Baclesse) Malan in Linn.
He was a 1958 graduate of Linn High School.
Carl was united in marriage to Mildred Porting Russell July 8, 1980, in Valdosta, Ga.
He was employed with McKay Buick in Jefferson City as an autobody repairman.
Carl was preceded in death by spouse, Mildred; parents, Felix and Georgie; and brothers, F. Arnold Malan and Kenneth Malan.
He is survived by sister, Bernice Helle of Jefferson City.
Graveside services were held Tuesday, May 9, at Linn Public Cemetery.
