Ralph and Mary Jane Bexten of Rich Fountain are observing the 50th anniversary of their marriage with a Mass of thanksgiving Saturday, June 27, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rich Fountain.
Ralph Bexten and Mary Jane Luebbering were united in marriage at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in St. Thomas June 27, 1970 with the Rev. John Degnan (deceased) officiating.
They were attended by Larry Bexten of Jefferson City, Bob Luebbering (deceased), Norman Luebbering of St. Thomas, Tom Luebbering of Westphalia, Paul Bexten of Rich Fountain, Reuben Luebbering (deceased), Phyllis (Luebbering) Brooks, Marilyn (Bexten) Curtit and Jami (Irvin) Heisinger, all of Jefferson City and Rosalyn (Loethen) Wieberg of St. Thomas.
Children of Mr. and Mrs. Bexten are, Kristen Bexten of Jefferson City, Erin Bexten (infant son-deceased) and Mother M. Mediatrix Bexten, FSGM (Leah) of Alton, Ill. Ralph’s parents were Anton and Mary Jo Bexten (deceased) and Mary Jane’s parents were Herman and Agatha Luebbering (deceased).
