Donald Lee Shoults, 60, Meta, passed away on Friday, April 3, 2026.
He was born on Sept. 14, 1965, to the late Dewey and Ruth (Hardin) Shoults in Jefferson City.
He was a 1983 graduate of Jefferson City High School.
Don was employed for several years as an account representative for Colorvision.
He enjoyed life’s simple pleasures, including good food, scratcher tickets, car shows, swap meets and fishing. Above all, Don cherished spending time with his close friends, who meant the world to him.
He was preceded in death by parents, Dewey and Ruth; grandparents; brothers,Terry and Ed; infant sister, Deborah; and sister-in-law, Paula.
Don is survived by cousins and many close friends who will remember him for his easy-going nature and the joy he brought to their lives.
Memorial contributions suggested to a charity of the donor’s choice.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., Friday, April 10, followed by the Funeral Services at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors.
Interment will be in Hawthorn Memorial Gardens. At Don’s request prior to passing he would like everyone to dress casual.
