Dr. Annamaria Andrei, 57, Jefferson City, passed away Friday Nov. 14, 2025.
She was born Dec. 2, 1967, a daughter to Miklos Weissmuller and the late Erzsebet (Crovato) Weissmuller in Oradea, Romania. Her father survives in Hungary.
She earned her PhD from Banat University of Agriculture Science and Veterinary Medicine in Romania.
Annamaria was united in marriage to Adrian Andrei April 18, 1997, in Timisoara, Romania.
She was employed as an instructor at State Technical College in Linn for the past 15 years.
Annamaria enjoyed antiquing, gardening, reading and traveling. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by mother, Erzsebet.
Annamaria is survived by husband of 28 years, Adrian; father, Miklos; daughter, Petra Andrei of Jefferson City; brother, Gabor Weissmuller and wife Ana of Hungary; nieces, Eszter and Laura; and many friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at 4 p.m., Monday, Nov. 24, at Liberty Road Baptist Church in Jefferson City with Pastor Bill Rogers officiating.
Memorial contributions suggested to a local animal shelter.
