Kenneth “Kenny” Stephen Weber, 63, of Westphalia, passed away Nov. 9, 2023. 

He was born Sept. 16, 1960, to Stephen “Tip” and the late Mary (Schneider) Weber in Jefferson City.

He was a 1978 graduate of Fatima High School in Westphalia.

Kenny was united in marriage to Brenda Winkelman Sept. 19, 1987, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Westphalia.

He worked for his dad at Weber Equipment during and after high school and became the co-owner along with his brother in 1994.  After selling the business in 2008, Kenny enjoyed farming and tinkering around the family farm. 

He loved to cook and spend time with his family that made him so proud. Kenny enjoyed playing cards, hunting, fishing, thrifting and finding bargains with his wife, but he significantly loved being beloved “Popo” to his grandsons, giving gator rides, snuggles and all the love one can take. He was a man who would drop everything immediately to help others, his phone always whistling as Kenny checked in on and chatted with his countless friends, and to proudly show off pictures of his children and grandsons.

He was preceded in death by mother, Mary.

Kenny is survived by spouse of 36 years, Brenda; father, Stephen “Tip” Weber; children, Brady Weber and wife LeAnn of Jefferson City, Caleb Weber and wife Madison of Westphalia and Andria Zeilman and husband Nick of Rich Fountain; brother, Keith Weber and wife Sheila of Koeltztown; sisters, Kathy Poff of Jefferson City, Karen Bax and husband Bill of Freeburg and Kristy Meyers and husband John of Olathe, Kan.; and beloved grandsons, Tyler and Sawyer Haslag, Celius Weber, Carter Weber, Lee Zeilman and baby Weber due in May.

Mass of Christian Burial was held Monday, Nov. 13, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Westphalia with Fr. James Finder officiating and Fr. Dylan Schrader concelebrant. Interment was in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Westphalia.

Memorial contributions suggested to St. Joseph Catholic Church or St. Joseph Catholic School in Westphalia.
