Kyla Beata Mundwiller, 63, Hermann, passed away Saturday, Oct. 17, 2026 at her home.
She was born on Feb. 4, 1963, to the late Jon and Georgette (Henry) Vickstrom in Alexandria, Minn.
She was united in marriage to Gregory R. Mundwiller on Jan. 6, 2016, in Clayton.
Kyla was employed with the Missouri Department of Mental Health and the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
Kyla is survived by husband, Gregory of Hermann; daughter, Dr. Kimberlyn Eversman and partner Evan Smith of Columbia; stepsons, Benjamin Mundwiller and wife Claire of Arnold and Joshua Eversman of Columbus, Ohio; stepdaughter, Mackensie Hornacek and husband Christopher of Maryville, Ill.; sisters, Kelley Girtz and husband Russell and Kristin Vickstrom, both of Minneapolis, Minn.; brother, Cletus Vickstrom and wife Linda of Alexandria, Minn.; and six grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m., Friday, Nov. 6, followed by a memorial service at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home in Hermann.
