Linn R-2 board members voted unanimously on Thursday to accept the resignation of High School Principal Jeff Jacques and released him from his contract without penalty.
Also during the closed meeting, board members approved the hiring of Dan Campbell, Kenneth Bollinger, and Jennifer Bish for the 2022-23 school year.
Board members also hired Bollinger for FBLA and as an assistant track coach and junior high basketball coach.
Campbell was hired as the spring head baseball coach and the junior high basketball coach.
Lea Uthe was also approved to receive a 10-day extended contract for the 2022-23 school year, and Chelsie Miller was hired as a bookkeeper.
