Mary Kathleen (Hays) Juergens, 69, Brinktown, passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2023.
She was born Aug. 9, 1953, to the late John Alvis Hays and Connie (Hays) Peppers in Poplar Bluff.
She was a 1971 graduate of Maries R-1 High School in Vienna.
Mary was united in marriage to Donnie Juergens, July 1, 1972, in Vienna.
She was employed at Capitol Plaza Hotel and ABB, both in Jefferson City.
Mary was preceded in death by father, Alvis; and step-father, Cecil Peppers.
She is survived by husband Donnie, Brinktown; mother, Connie, Brinktown; son, Tim, Brinktown; daughter, Amy Briggs, Cheyenne, Wyo.; three grandchildren; brother, Alvis “Shorty” Hays, Vienna; sisters-in-law, Carolyn Brown and Rose Wilson; step-sisters, Jo Grove and Gail Offutt; and step-brother, Dennis Peppers.
Funeral services were held June 10, in Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home Chapel in Vienna, with Rev. Kenneth Singleton and Rev. Bradley Dimock officiating.
Interment was in Waidelich Cemetery near Vienna.
