Shirley Rae Hall, 73, of Linn, passed away on May 2, 2026, at the University Hospital in Columbia, surrounded by her family.
Shirley was born on June 29, 1952, in Jefferson City, to Adolph and Evelyn (Nichols) Tieman Turner.
Shirley graduated from Linn High School and Capitol Business College and spent most of her career working for the Missouri Department of Mental Health.
She is survived by her son John Hall and wife Kristal; three grandchildren; and sister Mary Meyer.
She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings Edna Meyer, Wanda Meyer, Brenda Branson, Helen Dudley, Adolph Jr. Tieman, and John Tieman.
A visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, May 8 at Morton Chapel in Linn. In accordance with her wishes, no funeral service will follow.
Memorial contributions are appreciated and will be directed towards supporting her grandchildren’s college education.
Arrangements are under the direction of Morton Chapel, Linn.
