Stephanie Bishop, 53, Linn, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 20, 2026, at Mercy Hospital in Washington, surrounded by family.
She was born on Dec. 30, 1972, to the late Melvin and Lois (Mueller) Bishop in St. Louis.
She attended Linn High School.
Stephanie worked as a caregiver for the elderly.
She was preceded in death by parents, Melvin and Lois.
Stephanie is survived by son, Levi Maxey and wife Alexa of Belle; two granddaughters; brother, Jason Bishop of Chamois; and sisters, Angie Cole and husband Greg and Jennifer Bishop, both of Linn.
A Celebration of Life Service was held on July 25, at Community Christian Church in Linn, with Rev. Ken Harland officiating.
Arrangements entrusted to Morton Chapel in Linn.
