Melissa Thoenen and Josh Gibson, both of Linn, were married at 1 p.m., Aug. 1, at St. George Catholic Church in Linn. Fr. I.C. Medina performed the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is a daughter of Joe and Donna Thoenen, Linn. The groom is the son of Jan Crowe and the late Jack Crowe. Melissa is a granddaughter of Leonard and Mary Keilholz, Chamois, and the late Ed and Betty (Bets) Thoenen. Josh is the grandson of Deanna and the late Richard Heddles and the late Donald and Louise Crowe, Linn.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a lace and crepe wedding gown.
The maid of honor was Megan Thoenen, Linn, sister of the bride. The attendants were Alyssa Thoenen, Linn, cousin of the bride, Shelby Thoenen, Linn, cousin of the bride, Brittany Haslag, Linn, cousin of the bride, Holly Knaebel, Jefferson City, cousin of the bride, Shelly Knaebel, Jefferson City, cousin of the bride, Ashlee Gibson, Linn, sister of the groom, and Stephanie Deeken, friend of the bride. They wore burgundy dresses.
The best man was Jacob Wright, Henderson, Ky., friend of the groom. The ring bearers were Jaxon and Hendrix Radmacher, Linn, nephews of the groom.

Ushers were Matt Schilling, Houston, brother of the groom, Anthony Keilholz, Chamois, and Derek Peters of Loose Creek.
The organist was Sheila Hock, Linn, with vocalists Sarah and Samantha Brandt, Linn, cousins of the bride.
The Mass servers were Lauren Jacquin, Linn, cousin of the bride, Caleb Keilholz, Chamois, cousin of the bride, and Ben Klebba, Linn, friend of the groom. The lectors were Ruth Block, Loose Creek, aunt of the bride, and Breanna Crowe, Jefferson City, niece of the groom.

A dinner and dance reception followed the ceremony in the hall at St. George Catholic Church.
A rehearsal dinner was hosted by Jan Crowe, the groom’s mother June 14.
The bride is a graduate of Linn High School and State Technical College in Linn. She is a Physical Therapist Assistant and employed in Owensville.
The groom is a graduate of Linn High School, enlisted into the United States Marine Corps and graduated State Technical College with a dual major in Electrical Engineering Technician and Biomedical Equipment Technician.
The couple will reside in Linn.
