Bernadette “Bernie” Timberlake, 74, Linn passed away Sunday, Jan. 8, 2023, at her residence.
She was born Aug. 18, 1948, to the late William and Marie (Hausmann) Troesser in Frankenstein.
She attended St. Mary’s Catholic School in Frankenstein and graduated from Fatima High School in 1966. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 2012 from University of Phoenix at the age of 64.
Bernie was united in marriage to Frank Timberlake Aug. 9, 1972.
For many years, she was employed with her husband’s family-owned circus traveling the United States. Later Bernie was employed with the Missouri Department of Revenue and Interco in Jefferson City.
She was preceded in death by spouse, Frank; parents, William and Marie; brothers, Joseph, William and Bernard Troesser; sisters, Helen Strope, Josephine Nolte and Leona Troesser.
Bernie is survived by adopted granddaughter, Jessica Libbert of Jefferson City; brothers, Stephen “Steve” Troesser and wife Joyce of Linn, James “Jim” Troesser and Carol Woods of Eldorado Springs and Gerald “Jerry” Troesser and wife Janice of Bonnots Mill.
