Larry Fredrick Dittman, 81, of Bland, passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at Gasconade Manor in Owensville.
He was born Feb. 10, 1942, to Edward and Lena (Pohlman) Dittman in Bland.
Larry served his country with the U.S. Army. He enjoyed spending time on the farm, especially working his cows, going out to dinner and just going for drives.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Lena and siblings, Emma Jean Shockley and Donald Dittman.
He is survived by sons, Darren Dittman of Pacific, Lorne Todd Dittman and wife Karen of Bland and Breck Dittman of Herber City, Utah; siblings, Shirley Baxter and Gary Dittman and wife Jacquie all of Bland; grandchildren, Jacob, Allison and Shane Dittman, Samantha Newbound, Matthew Dittman, Misty Lawson, Dayton Lawson Dittman, and Tristen and Jordan Dittman; and by six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 28, at Gottenstroeter Chapel with Rev. Kevin Sullivan officiating. Burial was in Howard Cemetery in Bland.
