Mary L. Brockman, 64, Loose Creek, passed away Friday, Nov. 17, 2023, at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City.
She was born Jan. 10, 1959, a daughter to her adoptive parents, Dennis and Judy Skaggs in St. Louis.
She was employed at Scholastic in Jefferson City for over 30 years.
Mary was preceded in death by brother, Dennis “Mike” Skaggs, Jr.
She is survived by adoptive parents, Dennis and Judy; brothers, Michael DeLuca of St. Louis, Peter DeLuca of High Ridge, Patrick Skaggs of Nevada and Todd Skaggs of Wapakoneta, Ohio; and sister, Jane Brockman.
Visitation will be held from 10 until 11 a.m., (today) Wednesday, Nov. 22, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Loose Creek followed by a Mass of Christian Burial with Fr. Anthony Rinaldo officiating. Interment will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Nov. 24, at Lakeview Memorial Cemetery in Fairview Heights, Ill.
Memorial contributions suggested to the Shriner’s Hospital for Children.
