Mary Rae Crowe, 90, Chamois, passed away peacefully Thursday, June 29, 2023, at Stonebridge Hermann.
She was born Nov. 9, 1932, to the late Raymond J. and Marie A. (Jaccoud) Kaullen in Chamois.
She was united in marriage to James C. Crowe June 22, 1950 for 35 years.
Mary was employed by Osage Co. R-1 School in 1997 as a school aide to teachers and as an attendant to sick room until she retired in 2010.
In her free time she loved spending time with family especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mary also enjoyed watching Nascar racing.
She was preceded in death by first love and her children’s beloved father, James; parents, Raymond and Marie; and son-in-law, David Bogle.
Mary is survived by children, Marilyn Fricke and husband Robert and Martin Crowe and wife Kim, all of Hermann, Stephanie Bogle and friend Duck of Columbia, Theresa Green and husband Claude (JR) of Vandalia, and Jamie Parkhurst and friend Lee of Linn; grandchildren, Michelle Fricke, Jeremy, Christina and Kyle Crowe,Travis Bogle, Carrie Muenks, Amber Green, Sara Crowe, Heather Lawson, Candice Shockley and Collette Babor; and 24 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service was held July 3, at Chamois Methodist Church with Sabra Paulsmeyer officiating. A private family interment followed at Lane Cemetery.
Memorial contributions suggested to George Lipscombe Memorial Ride or Lane Cemetery.
A special thanks DI, Travis, Steph, Carrie and Marty for their loving care while she was staying with them and to Stonebridge Hermann for their loving care while she was a resident there for four years.
