Nash Wyler Maddox, 19, Belle, passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2020, in Dixon.
He was born Sept. 5, 2001.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 11, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with funeral services following at 1 p.m., all in the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Home in Dixon.
