Ronda Peters, 71, Bonnots Mill, passed away Sunday, July 9, 2023 at Capital Region Medical Center.
She was born Sept. 21, 1951, to the late Alma Jean and Bobby Edwards in Jefferson City.
She was united in marriage to Daniel Peters Aug. 25 1970.
Ronda was a lifelong resident of Bonnots Mill.
As a young mother she enjoyed taking care of her children and her hobbies included: making crafts, and singing karaoke which she enjoyed meeting new people. Ronda loved traveling and taking trips to Branson, Tunica Miss. and Dauphin Island. She had a big heart and was a very selfless person who was eager to help others.
Ronda was preceded in death by parents, Alma and Bobby; son Derek Peters; and sister Sherry Schroer.
She is survived by husband, Daniel; son, Bob and wife Kim of Bonnots Mill; daughters, Danna Peters and friend Jason Eddy of Lohman and Connie Casella and husband Tom of Apache Junction, Ariz.; grandchildren, Aliana and Makayla Peters and Nicole, Liberty and Seamus Berg; and sisters, Carole Green of California and Lana Edwards of Jefferson City.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 until 11 a.m., Thursday, July 13, followed by funeral service at the Bonnots Mills Parish Hall in Bonnots Mill. Interment will be in the St. Louis Parish Cemetery.
Memorial contributions suggested to the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
