Virginia Belle Fick, 71, Rich Fountain, passed away Sunday, March 24, 2024, at her home surrounded by her family.
She was born Nov. 5, 1952, to the late Charles and Vivian (Lanham) Magruder in Fayette.
She was a 1970 graduate of Hickman High School in Columbia.
She was united in marriage to Dennis Fick March 14, 1973, in Columbia. He survives at their home.
Virginia was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rich Fountain.
She was employed for several years at St Mary’s Hospital and Westphalia Retirement Home.
Virginia is survived by husband of 51 years, Dennis; sons, Bill Fick and wife Pam of Springfield and Kevin Fick of Rich Fountain; daughter, Michelle Innis and husband Corey of Rich Fountain; grandchild, Hunter Fick of Lenexa, Kan.; brother, Philip Magruder and wife Janie of Bosie, Idaho; sister, Martha Palmer of Columbia; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 9 to 11:30 a.m., (today) Wednesday, March 27, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rich Fountain with Fr. William Debo officiating. Interment will be in the Sacred Heart Parish Cemetery.
Memorial contributions suggested to Goldschmidt Cancer Center in Jefferson City or to the Sacred Heart Endowment Fund.
