Chamois won last Tuesday’s first set against Otterville in the Class 1, District 5 opener, 26-24, but lost the next three, 10-25, 16-25, 12-25.
“The girls played an amazing first set and played hard until the end,” said Coach Jennie Holifield. “They gave it everything they had but it wasn’t enough to advance further into the tournament.”

Sieg finished senior volleyball season with gratitude. “I really enjoyed my last season,” she said. “These girls have made it very memorable. I am very thankful for my team, and I am very proud of all of them. I am also so grateful to Coach Holifield and all she has done for us.”
